My paintings are about assimilating memories; experiences and feelings merge into the act of painting.
I am looking for an individual  language through expressiveness of colour, between compression and dissolution of the motives into abstraction.
I use oil colour, water colour, coal and pencil to create a vivid and vibrating surface, transforming the motives into abstract art work. I don’t want to simply illustrate but to catch a certain atmosphere, a feeling that the motives evoke.
